On April 27, 2012, UNESCO held a special event at their Headquarters in Paris, France to launch International Jazz Day; held every April 30th from 2012 onwards.
This daylong celebration featured all sorts of Jazz events, including workshops, masterclasses, discussions and performances, and culminated in this remarkable concert featuring a truly all-star cast of musicians from around the world.
